At the Tie Tuesday Foundation, Inc., we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values the unique contributions of every individual. We proactively work to dismantle barriers to success for historically underserved youth by providing equal access to high-level S.T.E.A.M. education, professional mentorship, and civic exposure. Our goal is to ensure that every scholar—regardless of socioeconomic status, background, or identity—feels welcomed, valued, and empowered to lead.

By championing DEI&A in every aspect of our operations, from our board leadership to our "Sponsor a Scholar" initiatives, we seek to build a foundation that reflects the diverse world our scholars will one day lead. At TTF, we don’t just prepare students for the future; we ensure they have an equitable seat at the table to create it.
