• Addressing a $6M deficit, saving $475K through data-informed decisions

• Securing $8M in COVID-19 relief to preserve jobs and student support services

• Launching a $500K scholarship initiative to drive student engagement
  Leading the development of an Esports program

• Securing $500K+ in grants for unaccompanied homeless youth
